City leaders in Plymouth have extended the deadline for the owner of the Red Rock Inn to repair or demolish the property.
The new “take action” order runs through May 1, 2026. It requires the owner to secure every part of the property except the restaurant.
If the owner violates this order or previous ones, the city says demolition will be required with no exceptions.
The city ordered the motel vacated last month after finding multiple health, fire, and building violations.
