Richard Allen, convicted of the murder of Abby Williams and Lilly German, continues to seek an appeal to overturn his 130-year prison sentence.
His defense team filed 1,200 pages of evidence, including the Odinism theory, which attempts to shift blame for the murders onto a sacrificial ritual.
The appeal also includes a motion to suppress evidence found during a search of Allen’s home.
Allen’s attorneys requested an extension to file their appellant brief, citing the need to incorporate information from the previously filed documents and other ongoing trials.
