There were no fast answers announced after the bench trial in the South Bend Police tapes began on Tuesday moring and finished up about 90 minutes later.
Three people testified, while the attorney for the South Bend Common Council declined to present additional evidence.
The judge presiding over the case has ordered both sides to submit written arguments by Jan. 20.
Closing arguments are set for early Marsh and the judge will have 90 days after that to issue a ruling.

How many MILLIONS of dollars has been spent of tax payer funds for the lawyers fees and cash settlements to all of the Police parties ?
