Governor Mike Braun is throwing state support behind South Bend’s new ‘Tech and Talent Hub.’

The project’s first phase, called Colfax Corner, will transform the historic South Bend Tribune building into a research center anchored by Notre Dame.

Officials say the development will create over four hundred high-tech jobs and generate a $750-million dollar economic impact over the next decade.
