Lake City Bank has announced plans to invest 12 million dollars into its Innovation and Technology Center.

It’s all part of a major expansion of its downtown Warsaw headquarters campus.

The project continues the bank’s long-term investment in Warsaw and Kosciusko County, totaling $23 million downtown and $31 million countywide since 2010. The building was originally constructed in 1968 and purchased by Lake City Bank in 2024.

Michiana Business News says it will undergo a full interior and exterior renovation, with construction expected to wrap up by summer 2026.

Once complete, the center will house the bank’s technology services, information security, application management and project management teams.

The exterior upgrades will preserve and repurpose the building’s original brick.
