A Mexican national living in South Bend has been sentenced in federal court for illegal reentry.

36-year-old Manuel De Jesus Tinoco-Calderon was sentenced to time served after being in custody since last August.

Court records show Tinoco-Calderon was previously removed from the United States in 2007 before returning to Indiana.
