A 68-year-old man from Sturgis is dead after a head-on crash in St. Joseph County, Michigan.

Police say Thomas Lang was driving west on M-86 near Findley Road around 6:20 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 18, when he attempted to pass a semi-truck and collided with an oncoming vehicle.

Lang died at the scene from his injuries. The crash remains under investigation.
