Marshall County Sheriff’s Department deputies served a warrant around 1 a.m. Sunday at a home in the 2400 block of Michigan Road in Plymouth, where two men were found hiding inside.

54-year-old Mark Elder was taken into custody on an active Marshall County warrant with no bond, and 29-year-old Dakota Elder was arrested for invasion of privacy with a prior conviction and possession of marijuana after allegedly violating a no contact order.

Both men were transported to the Marshall County Jail.
