An Elkhart County man is facing multiple felony charges related to alleged incidents involving a minor.
Daniel Zimmerman, 42, has been charged with two Level 1 felony counts of child molesting and three Level 4 felony counts.
Authorities say the allegations stem from incidents reported in 2021 and again in 2025. Zimmerman appeared in court April 29, and his jury trial is scheduled for August 3.
