A South Bend man will spend decades behind bars after being sentenced in a child molesting case.

Court records show Timothy Leslie was sentenced to 30 years in prison after being convicted of child molesting involving a victim under the age of 14.

The investigation began in July of last year after a victim came forward. During a search warrant, investigators reportedly found child pornography on Leslie’s electronic devices.

Several additional charges were dismissed as part of the case. Court documents also show Leslie had prior child molestation convictions dating back to 2000.
