New Goshen police chief sworn in

Goshen has officially changed leadership at the top of its police department.
Andy Stephenson was sworn in as Goshen’s 23rd police chief during a ceremony on Thursday, June 11, at the Goshen Theater.
Stephenson brings more than 30 years of law enforcement experience from Indiana and North Carolina and officially joined the department earlier this spring.
Stephenson replaces Chief José Miller, who recently retired after serving the city.
