Investigators say the conflict began with damage to a vehicle and threats exchanged on social media. Authorities allege two suspects robbed a man of a chain necklace during a confrontation.

The victim later admitted firing shots from a vehicle at another car involved in the feud. Two uninvolved vehicles were also struck by gunfire.
