Osolo Fire and Osolo EMS have officially combined operations under a single department.

The newly unified agency will operate as the Osolo Township Fire and EMS Department.

Department officials said the merger will not affect emergency services provided to residents. While community members may notice new logos and updated lettering on emergency vehicles, staffing and service levels will remain the same.

In announcing the change, the department said the merger creates one organization operating under one name while continuing its commitment to serving Osolo Township and neighboring communities.
