A Goshen man is recovering after being struck by a vehicle while riding his bicycle in Elkhart County.

It happened just before 9 a.m. Sunday on County Road 11 near County Road 138.

Investigators say a 73-year-old Nappanee woman was attempting to pass the 50-year-old bicyclist but failed to move far enough left, hitting him.

The cyclist suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to the hospital. The driver was cited.
