Tom’s Donuts owner agrees to pay millions to settle lawsuit

The owner of Tom’s Donuts in Angola has agreed to pay millions of dollars to settle a lawsuit involving his payroll company.
Todd Saylor, CEO of PayServ, was accused of misusing more than $2 million in client funds.
Court documents show Saylor, his wife and PayServ agreed to pay $7.3 million to Dunham Athleisure Corporation.
They also agreed to pay another $650,000 to other companies that made similar claims against PayServ.
