A 61-year-old LaGrange man is facing felony charges following two separate incidents involving a child and his presence at an elementary school.
Kenneth Griffin Senior is charged with child molesting, unlawful entry by a serious sex offender, and failing to maintain proper identification with the county’s sex offender registry.
Court documents say Griffin was at Topeka Elementary School during a kindergarten graduation ceremony on May 22nd.
A separate investigation alleges Griffin molested a seven-year-old child on several occasions.
Investigators also determined Griffin had failed to update the address on his driver’s license to match the address listed with the LaGrange County Sexual Offender Registry.
The allegations are now moving through the court system.
