A jury trial has been delayed for a man accused of driving drunk, injuring three people and leaving the crash scene.

Police say 22-year-old Brett Smith had a blood alcohol level of .227 and was driving more than twice the speed limit before the November crash.

The Goshen News says Smith later admitted being involved. His trial was moved from October 19 to February 1.
