Culver Police have arrested a 29-year-old man on child solicitation charges. Officers were called to a home around 10:10 p.m. after an online predator-exposure group reported that a man was having sexually explicit conversations with someone he believed was 13 years old.
Police say their investigation supported the report. Chanoy Rabath-Dingkin was arrested for Level 4 felony child solicitation and misdemeanor inappropriate communication with a child. He is being held in the Marshall County Jail on a $50,000 bond.
