Patrick Industries employees have had their personal information taken by a scammer.
Officials at the Elkhart company confirm that someone scammed an employee into sending them around 4,700 W2s, according to WSBT.
The company has filed a police report along with a report to the IRS. Employees are being contacted so they can take steps to protect their identity.
The scam allegedly happened this past Friday.
