Body found in LaGrange County lake identified

A body found in a LaGrange County Lake on Monday, Feb. 19, has been identified.

Police received a 911 call to the public access site of Stone Lake at about 3:30 pm Monday after someone said they found what they believed to be a body in a channel.

On Wednesday, the body was identified as that of David Killian, 54, of Shipshewana.

The manner of his death was due to drowning, according to investigators.

There is no foul play suspected at this time.
