South Bend man dies after car veers off Cooper Bridge

A South Bend man is dead after a car drove off the Cooper Bridge early Sunday morning.

The crash happened just before 4 a.m. at the Cooper Bridge near Sample St. and Northside Blvd., according to ABC 57.

Three people were in the vehicle at the time. One of them had to be taken to the hospital.

A GoFundMe page has been set up for the victim and it’s already raised $3,000.
