Traffic was blocked to State Road 15 in Warsaw for a little over an hour Thursday when a car rear-ended a school bus. The crash occurred shortly after 4 p.m. and 15 did not re-open until nearly 5:30 p.m.

The Warsaw Community School Bus driver was stopped in traffic to make a turn onto Clearwater Drive when a south bound Dodge Neon rear-ended the bus.

25-year-old Michael Goble was driving the Dodge. He was air lifted from the scene to Lutheran Hospital after being extricated from the car. He died of injuries sustained in the crash.

The Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department says the driver of the bus and all 32 students on board were not injured.

The crash remains under investigation.
