North Manchester native doing well on ‘Survivor’ TV show

(95.3 MNC)

A woman from North Manchester has survived the first two votes of the CBS show “Survivor Ghost Island”.

Kellyn Bechtold currently resides in Colorado, but has roots in Kosciusko County.

In a promotional video for the show, she gives a shout out to her hometown.

“I grew up in a small town called North Manchester, Indiana and then moved to Chicago about 7 years ago,” she explains.

The 36th season of the show premiered on February 28 with a two-hour episode. So far two contestants have been eliminated.

But, Bechtold is still in the running for the million dollar prize.
