Extra police to be on campus at Penn High School on Friday

Extra police will be on campus at Penn High School on Friday, March 23, in the wake of a written threat found in a women’s restroom.

The principal issued a letter to parents, on Wednesday, March 21, informing them of the threat, which stated, “I wanna shoot up the school. Wait till next Friday.”

The principal says after a thorough investigation, they do not believe it is a credible threat, but they are taking extra steps to just to insure the safety of students and staff.
