South Bend man charged with attempted murder in Frank’s Place shooting

A South Bend man is now facing charges after a shooting outside of Frank’s Place last week.

32-year-old Luvell Neal has been charged with four felonies related to the shooting on Thursday.

Those charges include Attempted Murder, Aggravated Battery, Attempted Armed Robbery, and Dealing in Cocaine. He faces 78 years in prison total if convicted of all counts.

Neal had to be treated at a hospital afterwards due to injuries from the shooting. The other man injured, a 25-year-old South Bend man, was shot in the head and is recovering at a hospital.
