LimeBike program comes to Elkhart

(Photo supplied/LimeBike)

If streets in the City of Elkhart look more green, there is a good reason why.

The LimeBike bike share program officially steps off at 12 p.m. on Wednesday, June 13, on the Civic Plaza.

LimeBike is launching 25 to 30 bikes to start, and will evaluate if and when to add more bikes based on ridership and travel patterns.

The LimeBike program was deemed a huge success during it’s first year in South Bend.
