Pedestrian struck, killed by train in South Bend

One person was killed after being struck by a train.

It happened around 11:30 p.m. on Friday, June 15.

The victim was hit near Mishawaka Avenue and 30th Street and dragged by the locomotive, according 95.3 MNC’s reporting partners at ABC 57.

The victim had not been identified as of 8 a.m. on Saturday.
