Davion Turner has been found not guilty on all of the charges connected to a deadly shooting in Benton Harbor a year ago.

Turner was accused of killing Nathaniel Lee in a shooting at River Terrace Apartments in August of 2017.

Turner, the alleged triggerman, was sitting in a parked car with a friend at the apartments at the time. A jury deliberated Wednesday and acquitted him on charges of open murder, felony murder, armed robbery and three counts of felony firearms.

Three others were accused in the killing, with Antonio Hall convicted, and Shauntae Hill — who is Turner’s brother — awaiting trial. Hill is scheduled for trial next month.

The third man, Denziel Dade, made a plea deal and testified at both Hall’s and Turner’s trials.
