South Bend man injured in Cass County crash

A South Bend man was injured after running a stop sign, according to Cass County Sheriff’s Deputies.

The Department says the 68 year-old man ran the stop sign at Hospital Street and M-60 around 10 PM Wednesday night. He crashed into an embankment near the intersection and was transported to South Bend Memorial Hospital. He was wearing a seat belt and the cause of the crash has not been released.
