The Whole Women’s Health Alliance has submitted a new application to open an abortion clinic in South Bend.

The application has the same information as the one that was filed in October of 2017. Last November a panel rejected a recommendation to grant the license, a move that disappointed the Alliance, who said all of the information on their filing was accurate and complete from the very beginning of the process.

The Indiana State Department of Health did offer the Health Alliance the option of refiling, and Thursday afternoon they released a statement saying they had done just that.
