A Warsaw man accused of making threats at a school bus has been jailed.

26-year-old Caleb Devine is facing preliminary charges related to drug possession after police investigated reports that he was waving a firearm at the bus.

Court documents say Devine claimed to be having a loud phone argument at the time witnesses say they saw him yelling toward the bus.

No firearm was found on his person or in his residence and Devine told officers he does not own a firearm.

Warsaw Police did find pipes with methamphetamine residue and a plastic bag containing marijuana.

Devine was previously convicted of possession of marijuana in Kosciusko County in 2012.
