Second of four arrests made in copper theft in Warsaw

The second of four people accused of stealing copper from the abandoned Arnolt building in Warsaw has been arrested.

On Tuesday, April 23, Mitchell Dawson, 37, was booked into the Kosciusko County Jail for burglary.

Judd Metz, 50, of Goshen was arrested last week.

Warrants have also been issued for two other people: Kylelaya Duff, 34, of Warsaw and Allison Foster, 31, of Claypool.

The four allegedly worked together to strip ten-thousand dollars worth of copper from the building over a two month time-frame, according to investigators.
