LaPorte daycare owner accused of striking child faces battery charge

The owner of a daycare in LaPorte is facing a battery charge after being accused of hitting a child.

A woman told police that Billy Krueger slapped and struck her four year-old son, according to the Herald-Argus.

The boy told the police that Krueger got mad at him when he clogged the toilet at the daycare. He reportedly had marks on his face and a cut on his lip. Krueger was arrested on May 9.

She’s out on bond and is due in court on July 10.
