A Warsaw man who was injured in a car vs. Motorcycle crash earlier this month has died of his injuries.

51 year-old Edward J. Frost was riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle west on East Pierceton Road near County Road 600 East in Winona Lake on the evening of August 4.

Court documents say 20 year-old Glen Chupp of Nappanee was attempting to pass in a no-passing zone while driving more than 120 miles per hour, and struck Frost’s motorcycle. Chupp also admitted to smoking synthetic marijuana before the crash.

Frost died of his injuries Tuesday at hospital in Fort Wayne. Chupp was due in court Thursday for his initial hearing.
