A Statewide Silver Alert has been issued for a one-year-old Mishawaka girl.

Harmoni Thompson was last seen Tuesday around 10 a.m. She is described as black, 2 feet 10 inches tall, 16 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

She may be with Azaria Jackson, who is driving a silver Pontiac Grand Prix with Indiana license plate 164RIO. She is described as black, 5 feet 8 inches tall, 300 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.

Harmoni is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
