A South Bend man has been sentenced to 10 years in prison for possessing child porn.
Mark Peppers, 35, was also sentenced Tuesday to 10 years of supervised release and ordered to pay $26,250 in restitution.
According to court documents, Peppers was found in possession of a micro SD card that contained videos of a naked four-year-old girl back in August 2017.
In a plea agreement, Peppers admitted that the images were, in fact, child pornography.
