Local Criminal Identified with His Lost Wallet

A suspect in a burglary in St. Joseph County was easily identified because he left his wallet and identification at the scene of the crime.

The break in happened last week in the 14-thousand block of State Road 23. Police were called there after an alarm was tripped and found a broken window and open garage door. Investigators say the I.D. was that of John Feddersen, whose face matched that of the person caught on surveillance.

They say he had a gun that was stolen from the business.
