A LaPorte man has been arrested and charged with murder and aggravated battery in the death of his brother.

37 year-old Gyle Delrio was arrested Wednesday by LaPorte County Sheriff’s Deputies. The department responded Monday morning shortly after 1 a.m. to a home in the 200 west block of Johnson Road and found the suspect’s brother unconscious. He died a short time later at the hospital.

No details on the cause of death have been given.
