A murder charge has been dismissed for a Benton Harbor woman in the case of a shooting that happened in July.

A judge ruled that there was not probable cause to take 42 year-old Felicia Lee to trial for first degree murder, but she will still face trial on a felony assault charge.

Her sons Dennis and Eric Holbrook will go on trial for the July 31st shooting death of Arsenio Jordan. They face life in prison without parole if they are convicted.

All three will have their trials in late January.
