A man on a horse-drawn buggy was killed after he was hit by a truck in Marshall County.

It happened around 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 10, on 3B Road near Beech Road near Bremen.

LeRoy Hochstetler, 80, of Bremen died at the scene. The horse was also killed.

The driver of the truck was not hurt.
