A new development in Granger looks to host both retail and medical space when it opens this summer.

The Mirador at 23 is a new commercial property just east of Mishawaka, and will include two towers and about 25,000 square feet for as many as a dozen tenants. It’s estimated cost is around four or five million dollars.

One of the partners in the project is also co-developing a five-story office building in downtown South Bend.
