Tuesday’s new COVID-19 numbers showed a continued rise in Michiana.

Thirty new cases in St. Joseph County pushed the number over 1,000, with 1,014 positive cases. Elkhart County officials are reporting another 46 cases, bringing their total to 733.

Two more deaths in St. Joe County brought the total to 30, and another death in Elkhart County brough their total to 24.

The state has more than 28 thousand cases and added another 57 deaths.
