A murder charge has been dropped against one of several people arrested in connection to a deadly robbery attempt outside of Frank’s Place in South Bend. Atlantis Branch pleaded guilty to attempted armed robbery resulting in serious bodily injury.

Traychon Taylor lost his life in late April, 2019, after he was allegedly shot by Kyle Doroszko.

Prosecutors say Branch and three others, including Taylor, tried to rob Doroszko and a 17-year-old in the midst of a drug deal.

Doroszko will be in court in July.
