A man from Texas has pleaded guilty to molesting a 10-year-old girl repeatedly, including an incident where he withheld food in hopes of receiving sexual favors, said court documents.

The girl said Michael Pannell touched her inappropriately at her home in Portage, except when he withheld food because she started crying. She said she began to cry because knew what was about to happen.

The girl wrote a note and left it in her stepmother’s car, describing several times Pannell molested her between March and August of 2017.

Pannell pled guilty on Monday to child molesting.
