A South Bend man was arrested after allegedly threatening a woman over the phone and then showing up at her house.
Abu-bakr Mirza, 30, was arrested after officers were sent to a Granger home for a reported violation of a protection order.
Mirza allegedly threatened a woman over the phone after the two got into an argument over a custody situation, according to 95.3 MNC’s reporting partners at The Elkhart Truth.
Mirza was allegedly spotted driving past the woman’s home and when police stopped him, they found he had brass knuckles in his vehicle. He put up a struggle as they arrested him.
Mirza has been charged with intimidation, invasion of privacy, resisting law enforcement and disorderly conduct.
