Red Cross helping tenants displaced by apartment fire in Benton Harbor

The American Red Cross is assisting tenants displaced from ab apartment fire in Benton Harbor. The blaze happened around 11:45 p.m. on Monday, March 8, in the 200 block of River Terrace. On Arrival, officers observed flames they say were spreading.

Several apartments were damaged as a result of the fire.

There were not any injuries as a result of this fire.

The cause of the fire is being investigated by the Benton Harbor Department of Public Safety Fire Marshal.
