Trinity Health is requiring all of its employees to show proof of COVID-19 vaccinations.

This includes St. Joseph Health System facilities.

The requirement includes colleagues, clinical staff, contractors and anyone conducting business inside Trinity Health facilities, according to ABC 57 News. Proof will be required no later than September 21.

Vaccine exemptions are available for religious and health reasons, but must be formally requested, documented and approved.
