Police in Michigan City have identified a person of interest in two shootings that happened on Tuesday evening, July 13.

The gunfire happened just before 9:30 p.m.

One of the victims, Aaron Luncsford, 39, was found in the 1100 block of Buffalo Street.

He suffered a wound to the head and died at the hospital. A 43-year-old man was found in the 100 block of West Homer Street with a wound to the neck.

He was taken to the hospital in critical condition.
