Four people in Cass County were detained during an illegal drug search at a residence in Wayne Township.

On Thursday, members of the Cass County Drug Enforcement Team served a warrant at a home in the 52000 block of Twin Lakeview Drive.

This after reports that they were selling and using illegal drugs.

Police detained four people at the home where a large amount of methamphetamine and evidence of selling methamphetamine were found.

Officers say a 56-year-old female was arrested on possession of methamphetamine. As well as a 56-year-old male, for possession with intent to sell and maintaining a drug house.
