Marshall County woman found slumped over steering wheel arrested on meth charges

A Marshall County woman was arrested Monday after she was found slumped over the wheel of her car, which was stopped in the middle of the road.

Rebeca Stetham was found just after 1 a.m. Monday, on Queen Road north of U.S. 6. Police in Marshall County say she had a small child in the car with her, as well as meth.

Stetham was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Paraphernalia and Neglect of a Dependent. The child was placed in the care of Marshall County DCS.

Stetham has a court date set for September 7.
